Early check-in: Arrivals before 17:00 incur a supplement of €20 + VAT (€24.20), subject to availability and prior request. Late check-out: Departures after 11:00 incur a supplement of €20 + VAT (€24.20), subject to availability and prior request. Lockers: Lockers are available for early arrivals or to store personal belongings. A discount voucher is offered after booking. Responsibility for belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Next Stop Bilbao is not liable for any loss. Lost keys: A €100 charge applies for each lost set of keys. Check-out time: Delays without prior notice incur a €50 fee per hour. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
