Absolutely immaculate property. Was absolutely spotless. Was exactly what I needed for an overnight stop. Had a car full of equipment I didn’t want to unload, so being very secluded was perfectly safe to leave them in the car. Garden was a real surprise.

Very clean and had all we needed. Hosts friendly and helpful.
Surprised to find that the property had no sitting o eating area. Also very minimal cooking facilities. Only a microwave and air fryer. Perhaps the photos did not make this clear. Even so, everything that was there was very well maintained.

Oak End was a great place to stay, sorry it was only for 1 night. Everything was there for us to use. Directions were excellent. All in all it was first class accommodation.

This is a lovely little apartment. Great bathroom, comfy bed. Do look for the photos sent on day of arrival to locate keys. Easy walk to pub.
Nothing. Suggestion- As we were international travellers I did not see the photos about key as I had no WiFi. Suggest sending those photos a day or two earlier.

Excellent location for an overnight stop on the way to Skye. Easy access to motorway and Carlisle. Would also make a good base for spending a few days in the area. Very clean, comfortable and quiet.
Nothing to dislike.
