Beautiful location, lovely old inn with great accommodation, excellent food and friendly team . Would thoroughly recommend it and will definitely be back.

We liked the picturesque setting and the cozy room. It was warm and comfortable with lots of nice rustic features.

We didn’t like the noise that travelled from the pub downstairs into the Room above but other than this, it was quiet after 11pm We didn’t like how our bathroom had lots of dead flies in the bath on arrival. Somebody cleaned them up, but the matter wasn’t dealt with very well. We were offered another room, but we liked our room so wanted to sleep there. We were hoping for a complimentary drink or a slight discount for the discomfort but they didn’t offer any alternatives and the room wasn’t cheap so we felt a bit let down by the overall service.

Beautiful location, friendly and welcoming staff, excellent food and drink.

Rooms need a little freshen up but I suppose that goes with the age of the place.

Love the place , been going there a long time, will definitely go again. The staff are delightful.

The breakfast is very slow, slightly haphazard...ok if you're in no hurry.
