Brand new in the best location in Marbella

Excellent location from Beach, Marina and Marbella old town, along with amenities etc. Seamless communication from Host. The apartment is clean, comfy and has everything you could need. Will recommend to Family and Friends.

Perfect situation

Parking fairly expensive, but normal for that situation

Great place to stay in Marbella. Close to the beach. A 7 Euro taxi ride from the bus station. The room had everything, washing machine was excellent. The wardrobe has a bookcase in it that functions as your shelving for the bathroom. There was lots of condiments in the cupboard. Balcony was great in the evenings. Supermarkets are on the corners of the road leading to the apartment. It was quiet, clean and very functional. Will definitely book again.

The drying line was fine, but maybe a small drying rack for clothes? Suitcase stand? Not the owners fault, but some staff in the lobby really don't like tourists.

Property was very clean , with all necessary equipment

We had problem gaining entry to apartment on arrival. The key box didn’t allow us to gain access to property. We had to contact owner and he sent someone to reset the keypad. Though it was sorted within 25 minutes it was a little annoying.
