"Nuovo è sempre meraviglioso!"

Struttura nuova, pulizia impeccabile, prezzo super competitivo, parcheggio interno, spazi comuni ordinati, posizione strategica per Catania, estesa zona commerciale, Etna e mare, a ridosso della tangenziale di Catania e dell'autostrada Catania Messina

Se volessi essere pignolo direi che alloggiare al secondo piano ( la struttura accoglie circa 15/20 stanze) senza ascensore potrebbe essere limitante per qualcuno, ma non per me.
