Scammers who destroyed a vacation for a whole family. Didn’t manage to get inside the apartments, lost time and money. Already reported to Policia Locala about this owners, waiting for their punishment.

I had a terrible experience with this property. They charged me the full amount for the booking but never provided the key to the apartment. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via messages and SMS, they completely ignored me and did not respond. This left me stranded and unable to access the accommodation I had paid for. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I strongly advise others to avoid booking this property unless you want to risk being left in the same situation.

I like nothing as I didn't have a chance to stay in rented apartment, even I paid money and didn't get a refund.

The host didn't accommodate my booking request after confirmation and paiment, I have to call. And guess what, the apartment is apparently occupied, something like we forgot to remove from system. Offered to stay as of next day by 2 pm. Guess once again, next day no one respond to my many phone calls.

We never stayed at the this property because the host redirect us due to boiler issues. We got an apartment with to many problems. Dirty bathroom, dirty and rusty pans, the oven was terrible. The fridge broke down and the host left it for six full days in the apartment .When complaining about the smell from the fridge the host became terrible. Had to leave and book another place.
