The location is awesome!!!

The instruction on getting the key is a bit tricky especially if you are on cellular data only. They could do a lot better in getting the message across through real time or live chat with a real person to get easier instructions. But overall, it was great! Very satisfied with this place and wished we could have stayed longer!

Ottima posizione, ideale per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi. Appartamento ben fornito.

Assolutamente negativa l'assenza di zanzariere e di condizionatore(presente solo in camera da letto), che ci ha costretti a dover sopportare il caldo, senza poter effettuare un cambio d'aria (se non tenendo le tapparelle completamente abbassate, cosa quasi inutile). Ovviamente, ogni apertura della finestra significava permettere alle zanzare di entrare in casa. Per non rendere disagevole (soprattutto d'estate) la permanenza degli ospiti, suggerisco vivamente di supportare la spesa di zanzariere (anche considerando che gli insetti non mancano, essendo una zona con molto verde). Non è un dettaglio di poco conto, posso assicurarlo.

Apartamento espacioso, la ducha estupenda (con mucha presión), sábanas limpias y planchadas, sobrecitos individuales de aceite... Aplicación móvil para apertura del portal muy cómoda.

El colchón hundido y sin funda, limpieza en general (el horno horrible), aire acondicionado muy justo (sólo en habitación principal). Situación del apartamento (un poco alejado de servicios y centro ciudad)

The air condition was not turned on therefore the room was stifling hot when we arrived. Only one unit was in the main bedroom and nothing circulated to the front of the unit where the kitchen was and other sofa bed. The shower is small and definitely not a lot of lighting in the building or in the unit. The pictures on booking.com did not do justice. It’s definitely quite a walk to the main centre of sienna.

Spacious apartment, well equipped, convenient location. Great bakery nearby as a bonus.
