AUSuch a great apartment, lots of space, extremely comfortable bed and very clean. 2 bathrooms and a great kitchen space. Close to everything you need, highly recommend. The balcony has a great view as well!

CAA really well appointed apartment; bright and clean and very comfortable. Two toilets, one off the bedroom is very try helpful. Hot shower and a very comfortable bed. Slept really well! A small balcony was lovely to sit at ! Great assistance from the staff. Great location as well!

Good location, close to tourist attractions.😊 Unfortunately we had some problems on arrival: 1. The apartment was cold. No hot water and heating.☹️ We called the host and he sent us instructions on how to fix the boiler.😊 2. On arrival we had to pay additional 69€ cleaning fee.😟
USThis is a beautiful apartment in the heart of the prettiest part of Perugia and easy walking distance to some great restaurants (our favorite was Civico 25 right up the street) shops and the historic center. The space is large and having the kitchen space was super useful. Bed is comfy and having bathroom and a half is nice. Loved the small balcony to take in some views. Overall great space.
We had issues with the hot water heater that meant having a reliable warm shower was not possible and a bit of a frustration as it was still too chilly for a cold shower. Keyless code entry to the building/ apartment door is nice but a bit frustrating if your phone service is spotty. Host was able to help us get in easily when couldn't access on our phone.

The next door open cinema can be a bit noisy.
