Check in was easy. Need to prepare cash RM50 as deposit. There are iron on the hallway for every floor (i think). There's a kitchen with 3 refrigerators (but most are full), a microwave too. There are washing machines and dryers but need to pay RM15 per use (washing machine+dryer). So you may cook if you're a long term renter. There is also a gym but most equipments are treadmills, rower, and bicycles. Parking is a public park, need to pay through Flexi app but saturday & sunday & public holiday it's free. Bustops need to walk 500m away. Near to Digital Mall and Plaza 33 and one more mall woth TGV Cinema. Got restaurants nearby, 5 min walk uphill 😩.

Room 216 - the suction fan in toilet doesn't work, please repair ya. Parking also hard to find if weekdays because need to berebut with others, please plan your journey.
