Fomos recebidos pela maravilhosa Senhora Portia, que com seu sorriso, simpatia e profissionalismo deu mais brilho para a nossa estadia! O quarto é confortável, a decoração é linda e a localização é a melhor.

Lovely lady who cleans the room

Everything rather old and shabby, in parts even grimy. Unfortunately not as nice as on the pictures. They repeatedly claim that the credit card is not valid and require payment on site. Perhaps this is a way to avoid fees. Shortly before arrival, we were told we would have to change hotels after two nights due to a booking error. Later, they said it was because of construction work. Once everything was already packed, they suddenly informed us that no change was necessary after all. Overall, rather strange and unprofessional.

The location, the views. The staff there were amazing. And we did the peninsula tour. It was magnificent. Always ask for Matteo as your driver if you want to get the best experience

Property was a good spot for a location as I am a social media personality the service was utterly so so bad for the amount I paid.

The service was so nonchalant, the facilities of the pool was good, the WiFi internet connection was terrible I saw no value for what I essentially paid for one night ,I will not recommend this place to my network
