"Gratitude."

Although we stood outside for more than 15 minutes before check-in almost being blown away by the wind. Our stay was gracious, worth it and our checkout was seamless and warm encounter with Portia, her 9 year old. We felt like family

The check in process. No security at gate, stood outside in the wind for very long and came with Uber so had no shelter
