Peroulia Stone Villa Koroni - Grèce, Péloponnèse

A beautiful villa, well-equipped kitchen and lovely pool and outside seating areas. Great location with easy access to a lovely beach with sunbeds. Excellent support from the owner and Janna who was nearby.

Everything was really good. We had an issue with the hot water that the owner did her best to sort out and was very responsive.

Beautiful pool and outside area, lovely master bedroom, balconies and communal living area, lovely housekeeper very welcoming, well equipped kitchen.

The bottom floor was damp musty and cold and broadly unwelcoming. It included 2 bedrooms which were unpleasant to sleep in. I raised this multiple times with the host who did not offer compensation. The area had been affected by floods and I was assured my stay would be unaffected by this but in practice 2 out of 3 bedrooms were unusable. This was a shame bec the rest of the property was lovely. If the price had been lowered in recognition of the reduced bedrooms/floor out of action I would not have minded. It was the hosts refusal to accept this that was disappointing.

Die Lage war toll. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand. Der Strand war sehr sauber und nicht überfüllt. Das Restaurant am Strand war sehr gut. Janna, die Nachbarin hat sich sehr gut gekümmert. Ihre Taverne ist einen Besuch wert

Viele Katzen die regelmäßig zu Besuch waren.

We visited Greece for the christening of my niece in Koroni and the villa was perfectly located for this as it is only 10 minutes away. The views are amazing and the pool was perfect. A lot of thought has been put into making this a home from home. The host was in contact before and during our stay to make sure we were happy. We will definitely be retuning to the Peroulia Stone Villa next time we visit family. I’m sad we had to leave 🥹.

Fabulous villa - very well appointed and clean. Pool area is gorgeous and we loved cooking in the modern kitchen with good quality equipment. Host left everything we needed for a baby also. Stays nice and cool inside, but there is also AC. 3 different tables to eat outside and warm outside shower. Views from balcony amazing from large master bedroom and only a short walk (or even shorter drive) to fab family friendly (sandy, calm, shallow) beach and top Peroulia beach restaurant.

The villa is beautiful and very well done. There is great secure parking with lockable private main gates to the property. The pool is wonderful and the views to the sea are amazing and you can watch a stunning sun rise every morning from the balcony. Janna who lives next door welcomes you and helps whenever you need anything.
