Appartamento appena ristrutturato, accogliente e pulitissimo, vicino al centro e dotato di comodo parcheggio nel cortile Host molto gentile Ascoli si è rivelata una meta piacevole ed interessante

Salve a tutti ....a me e piaciuta tantissimo la casa è completa di tutto, molto spaziosa è si trova a 2 passi dal centro 😊

Poloha bytu veľmi dobrá, peši pár minút a ste v centre nádherného mestečka.Parkovanie perfektné v uzavretom priestore .Vybavenie apartmánu tiež na dobrej úrovni.Určite odporúčam všetkým ktorí chcú navštíviť toto krásne mesto.Ja len banujem že sme tu strávili len jednu noc.

It wasn't what I was expecting, a basement flat in a modern(ish) development but the flat was very spacious and comfortable with good facilities, a kettle, fridge and microwave. There was also a very professional-looking coffee maker and a countertop oven. There were also basics like salt, sugar, oil, coffee sachets. It is close to the centre, turn right out of the complex, over the bridge and then up into the centro storico. All in all, despite my original misgivings it's a very good place to stay. You can park within the complex too which is an advantage. Ascoli Piceno is a lovely city, well worth visiting .

It was a bit noisy, I think various apartments are having building work done, but that was probably just unfortunate timing. The kitchen tap might need some attention.
