The Garden Rooms

Great location - could see the Tay river from the garden. Quiet and peaceful. Dogs woke up very happy. 🎉 Great heating. Pet bed, towels, treats, poo bags and dishes supplied. A garden flat that is really a five star home. Stunningly refurbished. Luxurious. Ham and cheese, yoghurt, orange juice, jam and milk in the fridge. Bread, filtered water, muesli, cornflakes, porridge and shortbread along with a welcome note on a beautiful postcard. Plenty hot drinks options too. Two seating areas outside with ample grass for the dogs to play. Great shower, automatic light when opening the wardrobe. A TV in the lounge as well as the room, passage auto plug in light, radio and everything else you'd expect. Very homely and every home comfort catered for.

The outside lights were shining brightly and distracting on the first night as it filtered into the room above the curtain rail. I should have brought my eye mask to sleep with / I could have turned the heating lower and covered my face. The second night it didn't bother me anymore though. Good to know the garden is secured with the good lighting. ✅

It was spotlessly clean, in a beautiful location and great value for money . Everything you needed for breakfast and a great big comfy bed. Host came to see if we needed anything but we were super happy with everything.

We would thoroughly recommend a stay in the beautiful Garden Rooms as the wonderful hosts caters for your every need. Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night but would have loved to have stayed for longer. The rooms are immaculately clean and everything is thought of, it all felt very luxurious. There was fresh milk in the fridge and lots of lovely fresh produce for breakfast in the morning. The access is via the rear garden so that was really handy to have a private entrance and ideal for letting our dog out. He loved it as much as we did.

The Garden Room is fabulous the guy’s have gone above and beyond to make it special, spotless throughout amazing soft bath towels and luxurious toiletries. So many little extra touches homemade items which made a continental breakfast and home baked shortbread which we enjoyed with a hot chocolate in the evening. We stayed with our dog and he had a lovely little bed and treats ( he is fussy so didn’t try them ). We only stayed one night would love to stay longer in the summer and make use of the beautiful garden.

A beautiful suite, with a separate living room/kitchenette and bedroom. Plenty of space, and decorated to a high standard. Really cosy and comfy, and I think it's great value for the standard of stay. Hosts are really communicative and friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay.
