The owner is a gentleman. The place is lovely. Very clean, very comfy.

The resort is huge. I prefer cozy places.

Very friendly staff Big territory, alot of things to do

Location far from beach , staff does not answer requests for tea bags or simple questions Taftaf staff are good , reliable service. Reception personel rude , ignorent and forgot giving back ID which caused a lot of stress later to find , dont try to help but try to get best profit ,tips possible. Staff in restaurant very nice and try their best to make us happy and freibdly. Animation are freindly , professional.

Cleanliness and atmosphere

the territory is really one of the most nicest spots in Sharm, the resort it self is huge like a small town :) where most of time you do not have to go out of it. Room location and service were amazing, beach is one of the very good things in addition to the infinity pool inside the hotel.

The only issue i faced and was a bit annoying sometimes is the mosquitoes, but we find a solution with the anti-mosquito spray :)..rather than that the place is really fun.

The room is clean ,spacious and well equipped, the host is very helpful
