Nepřipravenost ubytování při příjezdu. Topení nebylo funkční 11 stupňů při příjezdu,wi- fi taky nefunkční. Chybí koš na odpadky - jinak po zprovoznění vše ok.

The house is indeed really stylish, it's big and comfortable, the beds were comfortable and clean. There's a bath and a shower with hot water, clean towels. Rooms are a really good size and designed well. The kitchen was big and well equipped. This was one of the nicest houses we've stayed in and suited all our needs. I would 100% recommend this place and will be returning. It's only 20 minutes from Durham town center and sits in the beautiful countryside of Durham, this was our first visit to Durham and we loved it. There are a few really nice restaurants and bars 5 mins away

Google maps gave us a picture of a different house which was a challenge trying to get into the wrong house in the dark, luckily a local pointed us to the right house. The only thing I didn't like but no fault of the owner, were the first set of stairs were quite steep but there is a hand rail and you get used to them very quickly. Next door was a bit of an eye saw but it in no way affected our stay.

We encountered numerous issues during our stay at this property, which required us to contact both Booking.com and the property management on multiple occasions. Upon arrival, we noticed that the bed covers were stained, and the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a toilet roll holder and towel rack or even a mirror. We also experienced problems with the hot water and heater, necessitating repeated communication with the management. The backyard was in an unacceptable condition — unclean, cluttered with debris, and contained what appeared to be bloodstains or red paint. Additionally, the window blinds were broken and hanging loosely, and the available cooking pots were in an unusable state. Most concerningly, we discovered traces of snail or insect slime on the carpets and even on our shoes each morning. In light of these issues, I must emphasize that the property is extremely poorly maintained and unsuitable for accommodation. Booking.com must take more precautions, conduct pre-check prior advertising properties in the site.
