The location is as good as it gets. Very close to the main attractions. The balcony would have been a nice attraction if it was not for the construction blocking the views.

The entire building was under construction with a curtain draped over the front. There was construction noise some days of the week. Not to mention paint smell.

The apartment may be small, but it's exceptionally well-organized. The standout feature is the incredible terrace balcony. Picture yourself sipping a drink while taking in some of the best views of Madrid on Gran Via.

The lockbox for the key was located 15 minutes away from the apartment complex, which was extremely inconvenient. The property manager was unresponsive and did not answer my calls when I tried to reach him. He only reached out after we accidentally took another set of keys meant for a different Airbnb. Upon arriving at the apartment, the electricity shut off as soon as we turned on a blow dryer. Due to multiple issues with the property, we decided to book another location. The property manager agreed to refund half of my money, but it has now been a month , and I have yet to receive a response or refund. Although the location itself is great, the lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable. Once you book, you are completely on you your own. I’m pretty sure their will be a rebuttal but I would hate for anyone to encounter this experience.

It was a very pleasant stay with excellent location and a top terrace for relax and nice view!

The property comes with a huge lovely decorated terrace. The property location is perfect for easy access to most of Madrid landmarks. There is a lift to the apartment, which helped as we had large pieces of luggage.
