The location was great.

The general outside surroundings of the building needed a good scrub! The apartment smelt really strong of cigarettes. When I opened the only window the frame etc was filthy. There were 3 plant pots on the ledge and all that was in them was dirt. No plants! Now I know plants can die, but if you are renting out your property at least have flowers in the pots or take away the dirty pots. Also, the shower rose is broken and makes showering unpleasant. The rest of the studio was very clean and spotless.
