First thing was the spectacular view. Just.... amazing! On the right we could see Playa Gamelas, a great swimming and relaxing beach with mostly locals on it, and on the left the swimming pool area and unobstructed views of the ocean and even whales right out in front! There was a sweet balcony where we would mostly hang out and watch the goings on. At night we were lulled to sleep by the waves... aaahhhhhh....just lovely! The room was a fair size, albeit a smaller bed. It had a nice little kitchenette and table- everything we needed. The bus stopped right outside across the street to head into town and the latest returned by 10. Uber or taxi would take care of it if you wanted to stay in town later. There is a little store downstairs that had most of what you might need. One night there were a group of coaties in the green atrium area.... very fun to watch and cool for someone who had never seen them before.

Upon arrival there was a strong sewer like odor in the bathroom. I opened the vent and door and over the next day it helped a lot.... hardly noticeable by the time we left. At night we could sometimes smell sewer outside, but nothing unbearable. The tub itself was dirty and needed to be replaced and the bathroom overall needed some updating and cleaning. The shower curtain (dirty) fell down several times when I put a towel on it. I passed this information on to the owners before we left. I also found the sheets were polyester which I found made me sweat at night (cotton sheets are definitely the way to go here). Overall, despite these shortcomings, this was still a good stay and we really loved the area and being right on the water.

HACE FALTA ATENCION POR PARTE DE LA ANFITRIONA, ESPERAMOS EN RECEPCION CASI 2 HRS POR LA LLAVE, LAS BARANDAS DEL BALCON EN MALAS CONDICIONES MUY OXIDADAS, DEBEN MEJORAR LAS CONDICIONE DEL BARANDAL DEL BALCON NOS TOCO EN EL PISO 10.

La tranquilidad.

Estadía en la playa.

La playa es de lo mejor en puerto Vallarta es hermosa.

Que no dejan recibir visitas, deberían poder ingresar no a quedarse pero por lo menos un rato a convivir aunque sea en la habitación.

La ubicación es genial, en una zona bonita lejos del tumulto de PV. La zona de piscina está bien, la vista desde el balcón es espectacular. También el acceso a playa gemelas y, aún mejor, a otra privada le da un mega plus al lugar. El departamento no es muy grande pero suficientemente confortable para 4 personas, te sientes como en casa, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y relajarte. El edificio es bonito y se siente muy seguro, el personal es muy amigable y servicial.

Algunos pequeños detalles, tal vez el dueño podría dar acceso a su internet para mayor comodidad. En lugar de shampoo para cabello había un contenedor con jabón para manos,... Detalles mínimos realmente.

La vue est incroyable! très bien situé, c'est facile de bouger avec le bus qui s'arrête juste devant. Les installations sont super, on a même vu une baleine depuis le restaurant!
