公寓型住宿，下面有大樓停車場，免費，不過要去櫃台登記車號，同社區有其他公寓型的有自助入住機器房間比較適合最多兩人長時間入住，基本上各種設備都有

熱水水壓超級小，幾乎是要洗冷水澡的狀態，物管態度是整棟大樓在熱門時間水壓小很正常(?) 抱歉喔隔天早上也是一樣水壓很小，個人認為這點非常勸退空間小，所以打掃人員只有掃看得到的地方，桌子稍微移開就可以看到灰塵
