UH FLAT The SONGDO

Instructions were fine but the young person that sit behind the service desk in the lobby are the worst attitude and rude. When asking a question, they were on their phone and doesn't even look up to reply back to questions about cleaning and checking in and out of the rooms. These people are your front for your business and their lack of professionalism will make other customers give a bad review.

Lobby service desk - Very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and customer service. The staff was constantly on their phone and not even looking up to respond to questions from the customer.

Very nice clean and new apartment. I was really satisfied. Close to central park one of my favorite places. Many restaurants around, food shops etc. very good location. Subway only 500 meters from UH Flat. Fantastic stay.❤️

I wish there had been cleaning utensils in the room so you could clean yourself if needed. Maybe a little more options with glasses, plates, etc. Otherwise, it's a wonderful apartment. I had a bit of a hard time checking in as there wasn't a check-in machine specifically for UH Flat in the lobby. But after half an hour of searching, I found all the instructions in my mailbox. But that's totally fine. So there was nothing I disliked.

가성비가 완전 좋은 숙소였습니다. 매일 청소도 좋았고 침구도 모두 깔끔시서 편안하게 잘 이용했습니다.1층에 편의점과 무인 아이스크림가게, 호프집까지~ 여행객에게 무척 편리했습니다

좀 일찍 갔는데 얼리 체크인이 안된점은 살짝 아쉬운부분이었습니다
