L’endroit est sympa si vous avez au dessus 70 ans et que vous vous couchez avant 20h ... Sinon fuyez. Il est également interdit d’utiliser la terrasse après 22h. Oubliez les dîners en famille ou entre amis : ici, la terrasse semble uniquement prévue pour des déjeuners en plein soleil à 14h.

J’ai invité mes neveux et leurs amis pour un séjour d’une semaine. Premier soir : ils discutent tranquillement sur la terrasse, comme n’importe quels jeunes de 20 ans, sans musique ni débordement particulier. Résultat ? Descente de police après la plainte d’un voisin particulièrement agressif, allant jusqu’à tenir des propos racistes. La personne de l’agence s’est montrée très sympathique et a sincèrement tenté de gérer la situation. Elle nous a confirmé qu’il ne s’agissait pas d’un cas isolé : quelques semaines plus tôt, d’autres jeunes avaient déjà vécu la même situation et avaient eux aussi été contraints de quitter les lieux. Malgré cela, aucune solution n’a été proposée, et nous avons dû partir dès le lendemain. Enfin, malgré les affirmations avancées, aucune attestation de tapage nocturne établie par la police ne nous a jamais été fournie. Gestion déplorable, ambiance toxique, situation absurde. Une expérience que je déconseille fortement.

The location is superb — nestled in a lovely town with easy access to both Barcelona and the seaside. The apartment itself is spacious, especially the living roo and the bedroom on the first floor, and features high ceilings and a fantastic terrace with a beautiful view. It's a great base for exploring the area.

Our check-in was supposed to begin at 16:00, but the external app only provided the access code starting from 19:00. We have notified the property about this in advance but received no response. We had to call them and wait about 15 minutes outside while contacting customer support, which wouldn’t normally be a big deal, but standing with luggage and a 6-month-old baby made it a bit unpleasant. Parking was another challenge. There’s no on-site parking, and the recommended lot (5 mins away) was occupied by an amusement park for the first four days. We eventually found another nearby option, but better heads-up or alternatives would’ve been helpful. Also, finding a free space was a bit of a gamble. While the apartment is charming, there are a few design and maintenance quirks. The high ceilings are nice, but the door frames are unusually low (around 1.80 m), which led to a few painful head bumps — especially inconvenient during nighttime bathroom trips. The first-floor bedroom was spacious but had a jamming door that only opened halfway. The second-floor bedroom was much warmer and hard to sleep in without AC, which may not be ideal for everyone. The washing machine is located outside on the balcony and was quite old and poorly maintained — the detergent compartment was moldy, and we had to clean out the drainage ourselves to get it working. During a couple of rainy nights, water leaked in under the balcony door even though we followed the instructions to latch it properly — unfortunately, some of our footwear got soaked. Cleanliness was acceptable but not exceptional. The main surfaces were tidy, but there was clearly less attention given beyond what meets the eye.
