The place is outside milan but super near to the tram station. Which is just infront of Eni gass station. Also the free parking outside is safe. Right outside theres a camera on the streets so the car was there the whole time and its safe. We just use the tram when we needed to go to center.there is near primark as well

Not a lot of kitchen things. We wanted to cook like a regular cooking. But not enough amenities for kitchen. And the counter for kitchen is small.
