Casa Antonio - apartamento Sol

La limpieza y lo bien equipado que está el apartamento.

The large apartment is situated on the 3rd floor at the corner of the building. Two balconies, the main one with a nice table and two chairs -- the other one, off the bedroom, is rather narrow, but you can put a chair out there and catch the afternoon sun. Both have a nice view along their respective streets. (I don't know about the sea view though, but you are able to catch a glimpse of the sea past the beginning of Calle Mar Rizada) The apartment is equipped in a modern way. And I especially liked the electrical layout, and the many hooks and pegs along the walls, for hanging your hats on, and that the tv was on a swivel mount, so that you could watch it with your feet up on the couch, or from the dining table.

I would have liked access to an outdoor area, but this type of town house doesn't really allow that. I am guessing that the roof top terrace was reserved for the penthouse (attico) above my apartment.

Spacious and light apartment in a great location within easy reach of the town and beach

The place is very quiet, luminous and very large for two people. It was easy to collect the keys and walk to the nearby down-town for a glass of wine and a good restaurant. San Juan in itself is close to very touristic zones, but not embedded in them.

Apartment is super cozy and tidy, I really loved the view from the balcony- there were so peaceful and calm, the landlady- Eleonora is super warming and lovely lady, in general my stay was amazing

Actually there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property, the only one thing that would be amazing for hotter days is airconditioning instead of fan, but even though I decided to go in August, I didn’t struggle at all.
