"Fijne plek vol rust en natuur vlakbij het centrum."

Heerlijke rustige plek met mooie tuin en geweldig uitzicht. Ruim terras met zon van 10-17 uur. Klein maar compleet ingericht. Magnetron oven waterkoker koffie-apparaat, Smart TV. Goed bed, goede douche. Houd rekening met een steile trap naar de slaapzolder en 4 trappen naar de voordeur. Goede locatie op loop- en fietsafstand van centrum en haven. Host goed bereikbaar en reageert snel.

Terrasstoelen zak je binnenkort doorheen. Pannen zijn oud en krakkemikkig, niet geschikt voor inductie.

Las vistas espléndidas desde la terraza y la tranquilidad además de su cercanía al centro en pocos minutos en coche. El colchón es comodísimo.

El edificio necesita un poco de retoque, está viejo. La escalera para subir al dormitorio es muy empinada. Hay que estar en forma sobre todo para bajarla
