"Superb"

Kev was very obliging and gave us great recommendations for our short stay. The property was in a great location near to the city centre, the metro and the Stadium of Light too.

"It was excellent"

We spent two night in here and the experience was marvellous. I was not experienced a snowing weather earlier as I was in wales and the place was really nice and hot. Specifically the place was really clean and neat. And our stay was really excellent and comfy. And Kevin is a really friendly and supportive host. It was really value for money.

It was located centrally and close to the venue The Fire Station and The Empire

It was in need of renovation and some deeper cleaning. The shared “garden” was a really very messy so the outlook was bad

"A good value place to overnight!"

Good location, free on-road parking and pleasant sitting room and kitchen. comfortable beds!

The bathroom was clean but needs some love - and the shower bracket was broken so couldn’t be moved. Towels unavailable until very late.
