La ubicación es excelente y el apartamento muy amplio. Las habitaciones amplias. En general cómodo.

Veníamos de un país más cálido, y al llegar hacía frío, aunque lo pudimos solucionar poniendo el aire caliente. Hay un vecino junto a la puerta con un síndrome de diógenes y cuando abría su puerta olía muy mal. Ese olor llegaba a nuestra entrada.

מיקום נהדר קרוב לכל , במיוחד באזור הרובע היהודי מלא מסעדות ובתי קפה. דירה נחמדה שקטה מאוד , מעוצבת יפה ומרווחת עבור 3 מתארחים. מספיק כל י מטבח לשימוש. מכונת כביסה ומדיח, (אך היה חסר טבליות לשימוש) . הסבר טוב על אופן הכניסה לדירה.

בכניסה לדירה כל השבוע היו שקיות עם פחיות סיגריות וחומרי ניקוי של הבנין, דבר שהפריע. הוילונות לא היו מותקנים טוב כך שהסלון לא היה מוסתר. במקלחת אחת היה חסר מתקן /מדף לסבונים בתוך המקלחת כך שמאוד לא נוח להתקלח ולהתכופף כל הזמן. המגבות נראו מרופטות ומאוד משומשות. מיטות נוחות אך נמוכות, קשה לקום מהן.

Muy centrico y en una zona segura, ademas habia mucho espacio en el apartamento, muy cómodo

Habia un hombre maloliente al lado del apartamento, y si bien es inofensivo siempre estaba al lado de la puerta y su olor nos incomodo bastante
