Was clean, room size was ok, owner picked us up from bus station (otherwise 10min walking)

No warm water as the water pipe bursted during the night

Hosts are very kind, very clean facilities.

our room was right on the street which is great but for the noise and barking. The whole place is super clean and you feel like you are staying in someone's home. You sort of are! Our host was extremely accommodating and helpful. She made our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was sufficient to get you going. The Coffee was great!

The noise at night with the barking and early morning honking. The bed was a bit small, i think it was 140cm which made it a bit uncomfortable.

Close location to food. It had its own parking lot which was convenient for our rental.

It’s located on a very busy street. You can hear noise during all night. Food was basic.

Julio picked me up from the bus station.. check in was smooth..my bus was late in the evening. I could leave my backpack after checkout. And kill time in the lobby while I waited. Breakfast was good n basic. I could check out an hour later than the checkout time.

Julio is very friendly and a great guide, he picked us up at the Cruz del Sur bus terminal and we arranged the tours with him, which made it much easier to coordinate the little time we had in the city and thus visit the aqueoducts, pyramid, viewpoint and the flight through the lines. The breakfast, despite paying for it, was delicious with fresh items.

The shower did not have hot water for taking a shower. All a traveler needs is a bed with clean sheets and a shower with hot water. I asked for help to heat the water and the response was that the other guests had already used the hot water. What happened was a reluctance to turn on the heating, the next morning there was no hot water either. The sheets on the bed, despite being of good quality, I had the impression that they had not been changed, because when I unmade the bed I found hair on the sheets and pillowcase and the sheet at the bottom was crumpled, giving the impression that someone had already slept.

The people in charge of the administration, very nice and helpful. They allowed us an early check in and rest 3 hours until the flight over the Nazca lines was ready.

No Windows in that room. It was a wall of the neighbor’s building. I couldn’t pay with credit card, without an extra penalty from the arrange with the credit card house.

The rooms were small but clean.

There was no air conditioning. There was a small ceiling fan in the room that did very little to cool the room. We ended up having to leave our door open most of the time.

The staff were very helpful - I arrived later than planned due to bus delays and I was collected from the bus station and was able to purchase snacks. The bed and linen were top quality. My bus did not leave until 10pm and they welcomed my stay without charge 😁

The noise of dogs barking during the night and the street vender tannoying his wares at 6am - both out of the control of the property
