It was ok

No pool available but was condemned asked for refund or compensation, but refused

Bad not much variety

Place was under construction

Remodeling, no pool side from that.... we'd definitely stay again in future.

Breakfast was good.

The place needs a facelift. The chair in our room had a broke arm and the tissues in the box were paper towels. The pool and hot tub were closed and when asked we were told hot tubs are expensive. Would not stay at a GrandStay hotel again.

Continental breakfast was okay.

The hot tub and pool were totally closed. The rooms needed a deep clean. Ice maker did not work.

The tv didn’t work. The heat was not turned on until I got there and it was freezing in my room. The parking lot wasn’t shoveled or plowed. My door had a 1/4” gap that I had to cover with the ironing board.

It was available

The hotel smelled terrible, the man who checked us in ran into our room before we got there and we are unsure why. We had decided to leave due to uncertainty of our own security . They would not give our money back and we did not stay
