Esgotos entupidos. 5 semanas alugando e nunca foi resolto o problema. Tínhamos direito por contrato a uma limpeza a mitade da estadia e não foi feita. Pedem 1000€ de caução e resolvem de forma unilateral descontar 22,75€ por ter muito sucios toalhas de cozinha. Ate enviaron foto de 3 toalhas, alem de so ter em nosso apartamento 1 toalhas de cozinha. Todo o positivo que tinha o apartamento, desaparece com a incompetência e descaro dos gestores. LAMENTÁVEL.
