Relaxing Mountain Condo in Gatlinburg with City view !

Location is good

You want us to take the garbage out at the dumpster near the parking lot, but actually the dumpster is not easy to find and took us a long time to look for. We finally found it but we couldn’t open it, it’s locked! We feel little strange about this request. It’s could be much easier for us just tie up the garbage bags and leave them in the apartment.

The view and location were perfect for my stay, I loved it and would visit Tennessee again.

There was dust in the apartment, as far as I know they don't clean much, that was the only detail, the bed sheets had a bad smell. If you could clean well for people who are allergic to dust, it would be greatly appreciated.

Nicely furnished, comfortable, convenient location, and supplied everything needed.

Difficult to maneuver stairs even on first floor. First night had no power due to downed power line which was unavoidable. Some night we returned to condo and a large bear was sitting in front of door. Of course you can’t control the bears but more security measures need to be in place.

The location and the view and having separate bedrooms

The towels were stained, in the second bedroom the lamp shade was smashed and the bed was hard, the shower liner was dirty, the tub had a half bar of someone else's used soap in it. The bedrooms were pretty dark. The rocking chairs were torn.

Simple reservation and check in process was communicated electronically with good instructions. Good communication with owner. Sweet place, convenient, clean & comfortable. Was all we needed.

Steps, but that was communicated ahead. Exterior layout was unusual - up steps, then down steps to get to entrance.
