Quite difficult to get to and difficult with bags . not suitable for frail guests

La chambre est très bien située et très cosy. Literie impeccable. Salle de bains jolie et fonctionnelle. Un bar bien rempli est prévu dans le réfrigérateur avec des tarifs justes. Claudio est juste exceptionnel. Il a envoyé toutes les indications et vidéos pour se rendre a la chambre. Un tarif de 15 euros au parking a été négocié par lui pour le séjour. Et ensuite il prend régulièrement des nouvelles et propose des conseils pour les lieux sympa d'Ostuni. Petit déjeuner a proximité en collaboration avec un établissement. Très bon séjour

Firstly I want to mention the owner who was extremely informative and helpful and went above and beyond for us. Very kindly letting us have a late check out. The property was stunning what an experience to stay in a unique room like this. It was immaculately clean and everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Very easy to find with a video from the owner to show where to go. Perfect location near cathedral. Highly recommended!

Fica bem no centro de Ostuni, na área histórica. São muitas subidas e descidas, escadas, etc. para quem não encara, não é uma boa opção. Para que não se incomoda, é uma localização muito boa, junto do Borgo Antico Bistrot, bem conhecido. O quarto estava arrumado e limpo e bem decorado. Mas a impressão é que estávamos dentro de uma caverna, dentro das rochas. Havia uma espécie de poço no chão, que quando falávamos fazia eco. Não foi uma boa sensação. Mas com certeza há que ache exótico

O dia estava bastante quente e o quarto todo fechado. O ar-condicionado, um tipo portátil, não esfriava de forma alguma. Percebemos isso logo que chegamos mas imaginamos que era uma questão de tempo. Fomos almoçar e após umas horas, quando voltamos, percebemos que continuava quente. A temperatura sempre em 26°. Contatamos o proprietário que não deu muita importância. Ressaltamos que o dia estava quente e precisávamos de um quarto frio (óbvio). Ele falou para meu marido testar algo, que não deu certo e depois não deu muita importância ao assunto. O máximo que chegou foi a 25°. Como só estava ventilando e na velocidade alta, dormimos no calor e com esse vento na cara mesmo. O que me fez acordar com uma certa alergia. Percebi no Google Maps uma avaliação anterior ao dia da minha estadia, que reclamava do mesmo. Não me hospedaria novamente lá. Espero que resolva pois em épocas quentes um bom ar-condicionado faz muita falta!

We loved our stay in Ostuni! The cave-style accommodation was cosy and unique, perfectly located near the historic centre. Claudio was a wonderful host and curated a 10/10 experience for us – welcoming, extremely helpful and full of great local tips. Highly recommend!

Een onvergetelijk verblijf bij B&B Ca Gio B&B Ca Gio is een prachtige kamer in een grot, sfeervol verlicht en voorzien van een heerlijk bed en een goed uitgeruste badkamer, met als extra troef de regendouche. De ligging in het hart van de stad is ideaal om deze schitterende witte stad te verkennen. Gastheer Claudio is een uiterst vriendelijke man die werkelijk alles doet om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken – van het regelen van de parking tot het boeken van een restaurant. Wij hebben hier drie geweldige dagen doorgebracht en kijken met veel plezier terug op ons verblijf.

Ostuni ligt op een berg dus wat trappen en hellingen te overwinnen.

Firstly staying in a cave was so cool! It was very clean, the bathroom was great and the bed was very comfy. The host even booked us a table for dinner at an amazing restaurant!

The room was nicely decorated and looked nice. The host was very friendly.

The smell from the dampness was unbearable due to poor ventilation and an opening on the floor connecting with a bare damp underground 2m x 2m void. It had a very noisy portable air conditioning unit which was useless due to its noise and its extraction hose instead of connecting to the outside world, it was connected to the underground void circulating the damp air! After one hour sleep, to prevent from suffocating, we had no choice than to sleep both nights with the main entry door open with an unsecured gate (no key for it) with everyone passing by seeing us sleeping! The owner needs to take serious action. Spraying the surrounding rock in the room with deodorant doesn’t help. The room needs a proper ventilation and air conditioning solution. Also the bathroom was connected with the room with an open no ceiling partition wall making it uncomfortable going to the toilet as every noise can be heard. We really regret booking this place as it spoiled our stay in Ostuni.
