The Cottage in Baxterley. Peaceful home from home. Beautifully finished.

Il was very clean. Bed linen and towels also v clean and good quality The cottage has a beautiful outlook and weather permitting it is possible to sit outside Good location

It was all lovely. We had bad weather so we’re not able to enjoy deck and garden

Lovely place to stay, great facilities and all you need.

The Cottage is a beautiful place to stay, very peaceful with the mist amazing views over the fields. The cottage gas everything you need and the host Jim is really friendly and helpful.

Immaculate

Lovely place with a very well equipped kitchen. Didn't use it but there was even a little slow cooker as well as a washing machine. Peaceful views through the French Doors and a very tranquil location. Accommodation parking was good with it's own driveway. Local pub is a very short walk and looked like an idyllic picture postcard, it had a duck pond! Host Jim was friendly and available if needed but you're very much left to enjoy your stay which is perfect and just the way I like it.

Only negative I can think of was that it was pretty cold mornings and evenings when the heating wasn't on. Stay was in February, so maybe it's not an issue normally. Heating seems to be on a timer which is controlled from the main property and I guess I could have given the host a call and he might have adjusted it. I didn't do that though so it was pretty chilly either end of the day. That's about it for negatives, overall a lovely stay.
