La posizione, la disponibilità e la gentilezza della proprietaria.

Il palazzo è abbastanza fatiscente. Stavano facendo dei lavori e c'era polvere ovunque. Ogni volta che aprivamo la porta dell'appartamento ci riempivamo di polvere. In bagno l'odore di fogna era molto forte.
