One of the rooms - impossible to pull the blind over the window. One of the other bedrooms, the ensuite and bedroom had a stale smell. Decking outside was very dirty - covered in bird poo, wouldn't have been able to sit out there.

The whole house was painted white, far too clinical , no homely comforts. Lack of furniture in some of the bedrooms, no mirrors in any bedroom, skylight blind in one bedroom didn’t work, this was right above the bed so the light shone in early in the morning. Biggest bedroom, one bedside light, broken bulb holder, dangerous. Smoke alarm missing. No toilet roll holders in any bathroom. En-suite to front bedroom, toilet seat dirty & needs replacing. Main bathroom, bath is ridiculous, could cause accidents, too high to get in & out, no non slip mat, overhead shower clogged with limescale and handheld shower didn’t work, extractor fan didn’t work. Leaking radiator on landing. Kitchen- No dish cloths, so couldn’t clean up properly, one t-towel, bottom plinth fell off when opened cupboard under the oven. No instructions of how to use any of the appliances that we could find. Dirty washing in the washing machine, mis-matched plates, glasses. No fire blanket or extinguisher! Furniture layout in lounge needs better organisation, who has a sofa under the tv? Chewing gum & vaping device downs the side of the sofa. Large sofa was painted, not at all well, both sofas are so uncomfortable. Patio door curtains are needed to help keep the room warm and add some colour. Back patio, disgusting. Two wheelie bins full of rubbish with more rubbish bags behind, smelly, not at all nice to look out on and a great place for rats. Socket in dining room needs fixing to the wall. I could go on….
GBVery clean, great location and a really good sized property. We went for one night to meet some friends. The location is excellent. Would definitely come back. Thank you.
