Posizione eccellente per visitare Torino con tutti i servizi a portata di mano con le maggiori attrazioni. Nota dolente la mancanza di aria condizionata, che comunque non compare nella lista dei servizi e non si può addebitare alle mancate aspettative, ma si consiglia di provvedere a installare. Per il resto giudizio più che positivo.

Muy caluroso. No tenía aire acondicionado o no lo encontramos. Lo otro no tenía más que un solo acceso en caso de incendio

Excellent place in the centre of Turin

The location is perfect. The design is nice, from nowadays. The apartment is large and good.

Horrible smell from the sewage. Not something that can be easily fixed. It is usual in an old building, but really hard to stay there. The tableware is dirty and old. Spending less than 200 euro would really make a difference. There is dirt not cleaned in a very long time in less visible places. No toiletries (except from some left over soap from previous visitors). Again, 20 euro would make a huge difference.

The apartment itself was spacious, clean and in a good location.

The entire apartment smelled of sewage when we arrived. We complained and they sent over bleach and air freshener. This didn't fix the problem and we asked them to send a plumber, but they ignored our message and stopped replying to us. We had to move to another apartment in the end because the smell was so bad. We still haven't heard from them or received a refund.
