Town House in the North Laines

The location was excellent, the host was so helpful and the house was acceptable

The house was cold and we could have done with some heating

Very quirky , perfect location , clean,

Not so much didn’t like maybe milk and tea coffee could be put out for guests as weren’t sure if able to use stuff already there. So maybe left on table with a note , just an extra touch Other than that all good

Location, good facilities, welcoming

The idea of staying here, the decoration, the location. The outside seating area and the house in general were lovely. The house is situated a stones throw from the hustle and bustle and a short walk to all areas that you would like to be in within Brighton.

We felt like intruders. There was no clarity on what we could and couldn't do, what could be used, including towels, shampoos and conditioners, coffee and tea making facilities. Further to this you feel awkward going through cupboard spaces, the fridge etc because you are not given instruction. for example, there was a coffee pot left out but no instructions on how to use it or where the coffee was. All could be rectified by having a cupboard for short term renters that has tea, coffee, sugar, cups, plates, glasses etc. instructions on how to use items, towels on the bed and shampoo and conditioner etc. For a property in line with local hotel prices, I personally would be more inclined to choose a hotel. It just felt awkward for both of us.

Property is very well located. 10 min walk to the seaside. Surrounded by nice restaurants. Property was clean and nice.

I love cats but I didn't like the mess in the front room, the smell from the litter tray and the 'nice' gift the cat left twice in the hallway.

Location was spot on. Host was available when we had questions. Very good experience.
