La habitación y la ubicación

Tienen restaurante y no hacen reservas y eso lo puedo entender, pero cuando un alojado recién llegado te dice que le reserves una mesa para cenar,y que tardas 30 minutos en dejar las maletas ducharte y bajas, es muy feo y poco entendible que te digan que no, que no te reservan la mesa.. Esto creo que deberían de hacerselo ver....
