Room was just right for me. A good location.

Good location, spotlessly clean, host communicative. Would 100% stay here again, wasn't bothered by noise in the night. Convenient for a bus into Lynch Wood in the morning for work

There are two front doors - you need the one round the back to get in! I got confused, but the host answered the phone despite my late arrival and was really helpful. Minor one but paint a bit scuffed in places from people's bags/shoes, could do with a refresh,

The accommodation is of a high standard. Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and kitchenette were perfect. A lot of thought has gone into what is provided, with good quality furnishings and it made a real difference. My phone died (and with it email) prior to a late arrival, but the contact lady was very helpful and helped me gain access to the property despite me flapping! Not knowing the exact location before booking is always unsettling and while this isn't located in the best part of Peterborough, I felt very safe in the property due to the security arrangements.

I was a little uncomfortable at having to park my car outside Tesco overnight (all residential spots were filled by the time I arrived), but it came to no harm. The only negative point was a constant thrumming noise in the room. It wasn't deafening but was loud enough to be annoying as it went on all evening and into the night. I managed to sleep (omnipresent earplugs) and it had stopped when I woke up, but there is obviously something causing a noise which affects the Teal Room.

Good room with comfy bed and good location. Facilities close by and appliances worked well.

Shower was broken and the room smelled like a badly blocked drain. However poured boiled water down drains and cleared smell!

Immaculate condition of the room. I was in different hotels before but never seen room cleaned so well! Everything needed was there, microwave and small fridge helped a lot! And tesco on the corner.
