The location , the cleanliness, and approachable host

The sofa bed is not that comfortable. There needs to be better more light in the bathroom too.

Very quaint and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had most of the basics; very functional. The shower was very refreshing. The TV setup was a bit difficult to get synchronized, but once up and running, worked fine.

Misunderstood that this unit was downstairs (meaning, you have to go downstairs to access the unit; it is NOT on the ground floor). This posed a minor problem as one guest had minor mobility issues; however, we made it work.

Everything provided, kitchen, washer/dryer, huge apartment, very complete with all needs met. Cozy and comfortable.

The apartment is downstairs so only two smaller windows but they do look out on green gardens. Everything else was wonderful!

Good value for the money. Beds made with clean bedding as you enter the premises. Never heard or saw neighbors in adjoining apartments. Highly recommend this as alternative to higher priced local hotels. All appliances available, just like home.

Facility was overall great; spacious and comfortable with plenty of sleep areas, dining and kitchen. Owners were responsive to issues and tried to resolve them.

Heat failed more than once, leaving me questioning the safety and well-being of my family. Never an offer for any kind of rebate or compensation for being without heat or hot water for half of our stay. Extra fee for Suana use should be expressed prior to reservation
