USIt’s in a really great location with a short walk to some really good restaurants and bars
It was pretty noisy with the people who were upstairs and a lot of road noise. Couldn’t use the ceiling fan in the bedroom because it’s not level and just starts making a loud and continuous rubbing noise. It’s a very small apartment.
CHEs war sehr gemütlich, Wohnung war sauber und einladend. Viel Platz. Dank Video die Schlüsselbox gut gefunden. Bett und Bettwäsche waren so angenehm Habe einmal Wäsche gewaschen. Waschmittel war vorhanden.
Leider war die Dachterrasse wegen Umbau geschlossen, diese Informationen kam erst als ich schon gebucht hatte. Hätte mich sehr über Kaffepulver zur Kaffemaschine gefreut.
USThe location was perfect and very walkable. The host was fantastic with quick response times and very accommodating with all my requests. I look forward to staying here again.
The only thing I can find a minor issue with is I couldn't get the overhead light in the bedroom to work, but that could have been a user error by me and not the apartment.

GBProperty has everything you need for a great stay. Quiet location with shops and restaurants all in walking distance. Easy to follow instructions and great communication from the letting agents.

USGBUSUSTerrible , confusing and frustrating, the was leak in the bathroom and was smelling, they sent someone to fix but I had to sleep with the fan noise inside the bathroom . The parking permit and the keys pick up very confused! The unit is located so far away from the garage ! And the host never inform me that the pool is closed until Memorial Day
USThe host’s attitude and sense of arrogance when asked for assistance. The unnecessary stress from the host lack of preparation. I was given a gate clicker that did not work, this resulted in me locked out of the building overnight in a city I’m not familiar with. The host was not compassionate, instead threaten to kick me out when I questioned his business practices. The building is broken down and has a 2/5 rating by the locals (something that if known, would have influenced my decision to stay here). It was an awful experience and you’re better off paying for a hotel room instead if you value your safety, and would like reasonable accommodation.
