The apartment is large and spacious with comfortable furniture and plenty of appliances (multiple coffee makers, two refrigerators, large range and oven, washer and dryer). The location is close to the centre of the town but it's not noisy outside (and if it is, the solid walls and back-of-property bedroom help). The staff were friendly and obliging (replaced pans and kettle, provided help whenever we requested - thank you!) The bed is large and comfortable, and there are heaters provided for the winter months. Overall we were quite happy with the stay and would recommend.

There was no water on check-in, and although there were laundry tablets, there was nothing to wash dishes with (his was provided during the week during the scheduled cleaning service). The apartment can be a bit dark and night with lighting (both natural and artificial) lacking in some areas. Some of the apartment could do with updating, including damaged flooring by the shower. Upon checkout, there is no where to store luggage if you have a later flight (the only option was to use a service nearby which costs about €5-10 per bag per day).

Verouderd, veel stof, vuil in de hoeken allemaal haar en stofwolken. Slecht uitgeruste keuken: 1 broodmes en 1 schilmesje bijv. En de vaatwasser (inbouw) viel er bijna uit. Ik denk dat dit echt een geweldig mooi appartement is geweest een jaartje of 20 geleden.

Iets meer keukengerei zoals borden en wat basis dingetjes zoals zout, suiker en wat kruidenpotjes

Locatie was goed, alles dicht bij restaurants, winkels, cafe, park, het centrum,cultuur, mooi stad

Dies ist wirklich eine ganz besondere Wohnung und sehr exklusiv. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr außergewöhnlich eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail.

Leider sind mittlerweile ein paar Dinge reparaturbedürftig. Ich hatte im Vorfeld sehr viele Fotos gemacht. So zum Beispiel ist der Boden aufgegequollen oder kaputt. In der Dusche müssten die Gummidichtungen erneuert werden. An der Decke löst sich der Putz über der Dusche, in der Dusche ist die Halterung nicht mehr stabil und es fehlt auch eine Ablagemöglichkeit für die eigenen Duschutensilien. Wir hätten uns auch gefreut, da wir 11 Tage dort waren, wenigstens ein Welcome Getränk im Kühlschrank vorzufinden. Das war leider etwas lieblos. Ein Balkon wie gewünscht war nicht vorhanden und es kam nicht wirklich Tageslicht in die Wohnung aufgrund der Wohnsituation. Wünschenswert wäre auch gewesen, im Bereich des Schlafbereich einen Deckenventilator zu haben. Die Steine im Waschbecken und in der Dusche müssten auch dringend gepflegt werden, ebenso die KopfDuschbrause Ansonsten müsste hier und dort einfach kleine Reparaturen gemacht werden. Es wäre wirklich schade um diese wunderschöne Wohnung

Self catering. Luxurious apartment in a very good location as there were restaurants, supermarkets and places of interest all within walking distance.

There was a clearly long-standing leak from the shower caused by poor drainage and a split door seal. However this did not inconvenience is over much.
