Sehr netter Vermittler Im Haus gab es einen Rohrbruch. Sehr schnelle Lösung, sehr gute Kommunikation, sehr gute Kooperation! Gute Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum. Bett könnte evtl. eine neue Matratze benötigen. Regendusche leider nicht gleichmäßiger Wassserfluss. Normaler Duschkopf, kein Hacken un es an der Wand anzubringen.

Fenster nicht gut gedämmt, bei hohem Verkehrsaufkommen, leider zu sehr wahrnehmbar in der Unterkunft

Локация отлична, летом прохладно из-за расположения квартиры. В квартире всё есть, все очень чисто, приятный хозяин.

Lady I met for the keys was very kind. The location is good: there are markets, cafes, restaurants nearby, and the trams and buses aren't far, and lots of attractions are walking distance. It was a good size, and well-equipped.

I prefer self-service check in; I told the lady when I expected to be there, and I hated that she had to wait because I was about 15-20 minutes later due to bus issues (Belgrade transit was a mess because the gov't had shut down some routes due to protests).

The location is quite central, close to the most of curiosities; walking distance to Knez Mihajlova, Kalemegdan, stores, markets etc. Apartment is renovated, well equipped with all you need for a pleasant stay. It is on the first floor in the building with the elevator. Apartment also has AC, combined washing machine and dryer. The owner is very kind and service minded. We had a flight delay so we arrived late in the night but he organized a key delivery despite late hours. On the departure day he was so kind to let us leave our luggage after the checkout. All in all, this is the first but not the last stay in this place for me.

The only downside is that due to some road works, the street apartment is located is quite busy meaning that some noise can be experienced.
