Excellent central location, very roomy, nice kitchen and seating area, nice large bathroom with very powerful shower, balcony that looks out on the square, very comfy beds, very attentive and helpful host

It was noisy at night from the bar below and traffic noise. The host provided ear plugs and sleeping masks which helped enormously

Location was perfect and our host Tony was very helpful with all of our queries. A beautiful town.

This flat is amazing. The location in Centro is unbelievable. It’s perfect for walking anywhere and is close to restaurants and anything else you need. Super clean. Non-smoking which is fantastic!! For the price and location - you cannot beat this flat. We loved how attentive Tony was and he even brought us espresso! The flat was clean and had anything we would have needed. I loved the large windows in the bedroom and the balcony. We also had a question about the heat and Tony was super responsive and helpful. Easily solved. It was really nice having the owner a real life person instead of some company or person out of the country. It was really amazing. The bed was super comfortable and we just loved it. I wanted to just say again that the location was incredible. It made it so easy to swing by between the meetings or before dinner to drop things off. It was so nice to have it always right there! Best stay of our entire trip! Thanks Tony!!!

There was not a single thing we didn’t like. We would stay there again in a heartbeat when we’re back in Ascoli Piceno.

The property could not be more central, super clean and easy to het access to.
