Bien ubicado, limpio y cómodo para pasar un par de días. Súper bien equipado con muchos servicios. Muy recomendable

Un poco incómodo el check-in, ya que tuvimos que ir hasta la oficina (que no está cerca del apartamento) pero igualmente no nos dieron las llaves ahí, las tuvimos que coger en la habitación. Una crítica constructiva sería agilizar ese proceso, ya que la visita hasta la oficina la considero innecesaria , ya que los datos y los dni los tuvimos que introducir en la web noosotros el día anterior, y las llaves tampoco las recogimos ahí

Very convenient for the centre of the tourist area, comfortable, quiet, attractive apartment with elevator. Nice bathroom and kitchen area with good appliances. Agency staff were friendly and very good at responding to queries -we had an issue with the washing machine, which was dealt with efficiently. Worth mentioning that it has a bed that folds down from the wall and reveals a sofa when raised. A very good use of space.

Minor point but just slightly odd that there are only two plates, bowls, mugs etc which means you wash them each time (no drainer or tea towel) or run an almost empty dishwasher

Location

At first glance, the place looks new, but it quickly becomes clear that it’s dirty and not well maintained. Although we completed the online check-in, we were told to go to a completely different location to “pick up the key,” but in fact, the key was already waiting for us in the apartment. The real reason we had to go there was just to pay the local tax — quite misleading and unnecessary. The space doesn’t match the square footage mentioned in the listing; it’s noticeably smaller. Plastic cups instead of proper ones are disappointing, the shower cabin was dirty, and the hairdryer was old, weak, and practically useless. On top of that, the microwave clock keeps blinking nonstop, which is very distracting, especially at night. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Stanza carina tutto in ordine. Peccato per L ascensore (terzo piano) che non ha mai funzionato (l operatore ce l ha comunicato quando ho fatto check in) e non è stato nemmeno proposto uno sconto per il disagio.

Frigorifero fortemente maleodorante perché probabilmente stando chiuso e spento lasciava un cattivo odore e per questo non ho potuto utilizzarlo.

Leider viel zu wenig Möglichkeiten um die Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen ( nur 1 Haken) für 2 Personen und 4 Handtücher. In der Dusche leider ebenfalls keine Ablage und der Waschtisch für eine Person mit 1,68m viel zu hoch. In der Küche leider nur Gläser aus Plastik, kein Geschirrtuch.
