Everything, clean and well organized and on top it had everything coffee, water, drinks etc ready for the guests. Perfect place and location can’t think of any better place to be in Ascoli Piceno!

Apartment was clean and a great location to everything. They supply a few waters and croissants to help out.

Really central location. Very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Good sized bedrooms. Modern TV. Air conditioning was very good.

Only some of the sockets in the kitchen and the socket in the bathroom could fit my travel adapter. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The flat is spacious, pretty and very central. We felt really comfortable there. The very friendly owner, Arianna, contacted us regularly to make sure everything was OK or if there was anything we needed. On our last evening there was an accident with the shower, but nothing too bad happened. We immediately contacted Arianna, who was very helpful and friendly and checked that nobody had been injured or harmed. We can recommend the accommodation at any time. For four people who want to explore the beautiful town of Ascoli Piceno, the well-equipped and centrally located flat offers excellent space and an ideal starting point.

The apartment is located just off the main square, but is surprisingly quiet for such a central location. There's lots to see and do within easy walking distance. It was very clean and well-appointed. The bedrooms were comfortable and a good size, and the apartment had everything we needed. Good A/C helped in the heat of summer.

It took us a little while to find the apartment as the street numbers are not in chronological order which was confusing.

Spacious, well equipped, and beautiful apartment in the centre of the city. Self-check was straight forward and communication ahead of time was very prompt. Would recommend and.use again.
