Remarkable 2-Bed Apartment in Tromso

Lokalita ubytování byla perfektní. Stejně tak výhled. Komunikace s majitelem byla super. Vše jsme věděli dopředu, byl ochotný cokoliv zařídit.

Chybělo vybavení: toaletní papír, jar, utěrky, prostředky na úklid a pytle do koše. Po 22 hodině večer sousedi ze shora dělali hrozný hluk. Vrtání, stěhování nábytku, hlasitý smích atd.

The house was spacious and clean. Also the location was very good, two big supermarkets near by and chemist plus the bus stop. But the best is the view, it was breathtaking!!!

The location was great, we loved the view! The pictures of the apartment are realistic, the living room and kitchen facilities are good. We were able to leave our baggage in the foyer for a few hours after check out.

Very strict check-in and check-out times, we asked for an early check-in (only half an hour) but only received the entrance code at 17.02. Bedrooms and beds could use an update. What made me give this place only a 7, though, was the communication. I tried repeatedly to call and text the owner (on WhatsApp, as well as booking) about us arriving a bit early and again when we had some trouble with the lock, but no answer. We could've stayed locked outside for hours if we didn't figure it out ourselves. I just feel that if there was an emergency, we would have no way of contacting him. What's more, I believe our calls and messages were ignored on purpose, since the owner never acknowledged it, not even later, but we got sent the code and check-out instructions via the same channels. All in all it was a good stay, but I wouldn't book again because of this.

Everything was cosy and the owner was really helpful with directions to the accommodation. Was a perfect stay and also very warm. The bedrooms had electric heaters

Very nice house: big living/dinning spaces, well equipped kitchen, nice outdoor area (although we barely used it since we visited over the Christmas break). It is located about 10min by bus from the city centre, with 2 different bus stops very close to the house. 2 large supermarkets and a pharmacy 5min away. Nice and quiet area. The views are great, we even spotted the Northern Lights there, which was a dream come true!!! Host is very kind, he even popped into the house to give us the cot for our baby and answered some questions on the appliances and neighbourhood. Communication was always quick. We would definitely go back!

The bathroom was a bit cold and had a slightly unpleasant smell (like sewage), but nothing major. Bear in mind, if you visit during winter time, the roads can get very slippery and the way to the bus stops/supermarkets is a bit hilly. Again, not a major issue since we had shoe grips.

Struttura confortevole con una bella terrazza sul fiordo, comoda ai mezzi e vicino al centro anche con una bella passeggiata.

Sarebbe gradito un kit di benvenuto con l’essenziale per poter almeno entrare senza aver fatto la spesa prima. Mancavano persino la carta igienica e il sapone.

Cozy little place, owner super responsive and helpful.

Komfortowe warunki, czysto i wygodnie.

Minusem było słabe połączenie internetowe w wieczór poprzedzający nasz wylot. Nie można było korzystać z multimediów.
