Properties Unique Dene Rooms - Family Room

The location was ideal for us in West Jesmond. The key code system worked really well. The room was nice and warm.

The room was too small for 3 people and I've slept in comfier beds. There was also a drain smell coming from the bathroom.

I was not really impressed about the room

Decent location, street parking available at night. Great towels. Price was great, but you wouldn't want to stay here long term.

Old, dated, poorly furnished, limited outlets, shower that had to run for 15 minutes before it got hot. Whole place had the feel of a 70s Grandmothers house.

The air extractor in the bathroom makes a really loud thumping noice which not only impacted us but am pretty sure anyone above

All the stairs we are both in our late 60s so very steep apart from the extractor fan it was quite but mattress was too hard

Great location and vaule for money lovely clean family room
