Raaga on the Beach

20 meter from a very peaceful and clean beach.

Could appreciate a microwave to heat up the food.

A rare slice of peace and quiet in India. The two nights here were such an enjoyable escape. Best part of the house is the rooftop, great perch for hearing and seeing the waves. There's no restaurants nearby so it's really nice they provide a menu and they'll bring food to the house. The caretaker Altaf is super nice and brought us dinner then breakfast then breakfast again. Wish I had more nights here.

Die Lage direkt am Strand war fantastisch. Das Haus selbst war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Sie Sauberkeit hätte in der Küche und in der Dusche besser sein können. De Gastgeber Altaf war sehr freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Vielen Dank nochmals für den schönen Autenthalt.

Die Lage am Strand war zwar perfekt und für Ruhesuchende perfekt, allerdings gibt es keine Geschäfte und Restaurant in der Nähe. Man muss immer ein Tuck Tuck bestellen, das sehr teuer ist.

We loved our stay at Raaga on the beach, a charming older style 2 bed 2 bathroom cottage 30m from the beach at Kizhunna – a mile of unspoilt palm backed golden sand washed by the Arabian Sea. There is a kitchen here but if you don't fancy cooking or going out yummy indian food can be ordered in for breakfast, lunch and dinner all served by wonderful Hussain, who also cleans up! Best of all is the roof terrace, with shaded eating area. Watch the sun turn red as it sets over the sea through the coconut palms. If you're looking for a quiet, independent stay in a little piece of unspoilt paradise by the sea this is for you. Good host.
