Casa da Vila

Wir haben uns voll und ganz wohlgefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und in Sachen Ausstattung blieben bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Der eigene Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir den Flugzeugen beim Landeanflug zuschauen, was für uns mit ein Grund war, warum wir in Santa Cruz eine Unterkunft suchten. Die Lage der Wohnung war jedoch auch für unsere Wanderausflüge im Ostteil Madeiras ideal. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit gerne wieder mieten.

Krásný světly byt v bytovém dome s garáži, terasa, pracka, nic nechybělo. Hezky vybavena kuchyň. Byt na skvělém místě, všude kousek. Městečko moc krásné, milí lidé, kavárničky, super atmosféra i na večerní procházky. Letadla opravdu nevadí, přes noc se nelétá a přes den je to zpestření, hlavně pro děti zábava.

Velmi prudký nájezd do garáži, s větším autem by to mohl být problém, ale po nějaké době na Madeiře si na tyto prudké cesty zvyknete :)

The accommodation was beautiful and clean, located close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The owner, Izabel, was very kind and friendly, making our stay wonderful. We definitely recommend it!

Nice, clean and easy communication and check in. It was a nice and inviting apartment to stay in. Some mentioned the airport close by, the windows are doing well in cutting out the noise and the kids loved watching the airplanes. So not a problem at all for us.

The first thing we liked was that the owner of the apartment met us personally, showed us everything, explained, answered all our questions. Suggested where to buy fresh fish, vegetables, fruits. The apartment itself is just above all praise, from cleanliness and fullness, to the views from the terrace and windows.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat uns sogar vom Flughafen abgeholt, da wir erst sehr spät gelandet sind. Zudem wurden uns Tipps gegeben. Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig und top ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es ist super sauber und geräumig. Ein Parkplatz steht in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Es war alles top und würden jederzeit das Apartment weiterempfehlen oder ein weiteres Mal buchen.

Appartement propre et très bien équipé. A dispo café thé huile vinaigre sucre 👌 Très bonne literie. Résidence calme et parking appréciable. Le bruit des avions n est pas un problème. A dispo serviettes de plage👌

Une climatisation serait bien ou un rideau pour le soleil dans la pièce principale car le soleil est généreux toute la journée.
